*Returns & Exchanges Policies
Our Return & Exchange policy lasts 14 days from when you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with original hang-tags.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed.
For refunds: a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days.
For exchanges: Your exchange order will be shipped out within 2 days.

**Made-To-Order Products are NOT eligible for for FREE Returns or Exchanges. This includes but is not limited to: USA/Nations Collection, AHL Collection, ECHL Collection, Trashers Collection, Seattle Metropolitans Collection, Charlestown Chiefs Collection, etc - if the product says "Made-to-Order item" in the product description, it is NOT eligible for FREE Return or Exchange, but you may still return or exchange it at your own expense. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns
If you need to return an item, send us an email at info@benchclearers.com with the subject "RETURN REQUEST: ORDER ##" with your name, order #, and which item(s) you are returning.  Then ship back to us and provide the tracking number of your return shipping(See below "Shipping of Returns & Exchanges").

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different item or size, send us an email at info@benchclearers.com with the subject "EXCHANGE REQUEST: ORDER ##" with your name, original order #, which items you want to exchange and which items you want to exchange them for.  Then ship back to us and provide the tracking number of your return shipping(See below "Shipping of Returns & Exchanges").

Shipping of Returns & Exchanges
To return or exchange your item(s), please mail your item(s) to:

* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Make sure to get a tracking number to provide us with to process the return or exchange.



Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an order over $130, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website(*Excluding "Made-to-Order" products) which are in original condition, unworn with tags attached, within 14 days of the order shipped date.

Most of our NON-NHL Products are "Made-To-Order" products - this means they are made specially for you as soon as you place your order.

Because they are custom made for you, they take 2-3 weeks to be delivered to you and are ineligible for returns or exchanges. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

If you need to exchange an item for a different item or size, ship your original item in new/unused condition back to us at our warehouse:
