Shipping Costs
We use USPS for fast and reliable shipping and ship from Kentucky, USA. Shipping is calculated according to destination and weight offered via the cheapest, fastest, and most reliable shipping rates available.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is offered to shipping destinations in the USA for orders over $99 USD and international shipping destinations for orders over $150 USD.
Next Day Shipping
Bench Clearers uses USPS for reliable shipping. For 1-day shipping, the cut-off to assure you will get your shipment the following day is 2pm EST. *Unforeseen events and catastrophes that are out of our control may occur and may impact shipping delivery dates. The shipping method, you, the customer, chooses is at your own choice and risk.
Lost/Stolen Shipments
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it. Tracking info will be attached to your Order page and emailed to you once your shipment is labeled. You can check your tracking info for updates once your order has been shipped. If your tracking info says your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office and they should be able to help you track it down. It is out of Bench Clearers' hands at that point.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order for damages upon receiving it. Please report any damages and provide images and we will do our best to replace it. *Initial damages must be reported within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
Duties
When ordering from a country outside of the US, you're responsible for ensuring the product can be imported to the destination country as the recipient. As the importer of record on your order, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country that you will have to pay for once the shipment reaches you. These additional charges for customs clearances must be paid by the recipient of the order. Bench Clearers has no control over these charges nor can we predict what they might be. As policies range from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for more information. Many times the delays in international shipments are due to the customs clearance process.
Care & Quality
We take pride in the quality of our product and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Sometimes our Quality Control process can miss defects so before you take the tags off take a quick look at your product for any possible damages/defects. If you find something we've missed, email us at info@BenchClearers.com with image proof of the defect and we'll make it right. If your order is good, we recommend cutting the hang tags off and not ripping them as you may cause a hole in the product if you're not careful.
